Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- We're here to help you during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST) excluding holidays.
- Normally, we process orders within 1-2 business days.
- Occasionally, during busy times or special promotions, it might take a bit longer.
Tracking Information:
- As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
- If you don’t receive a shipping notification, don't forget to check your spam/junk folder just in case.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed by the shipping carrier. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt shipping services.
Shipping Methods:
- We ship with UPS and USPS.
Shipping Promotions:
- Free shipping for orders $49.99 and up.
- Shipping promotions valid only for orders within Contiguous USA.
- Shipping promotions excludes orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Shipping Address Errors:
- If you've mistakenly provided an incorrect shipping address, please notify us via email immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we may be able to make adjustments to the address. However, once the order is shipped, it becomes your responsibility to attempt to retrieve the package. Please be advised that we do not offer reimbursement for lost shipments resulting from inaccurately provided addresses.
- If there's an issue with your address that leads to a return, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
Your Responsibilities:
- When your package arrives, make sure to check the merchandise right away.
- If you have any issues or complaints, please contact us within 48 hours or 2 business days of receiving your order.
- If you have an issue with your order, hold onto the packaging and products until we give you further instructions.
Freight Forwarders:
- You are responsible for export/import compliance for orders that you or your freight forwarder export/import. If you or your freight forwarder purchase item(s) from Hempwraps.com to be shipped to a U.S. Location. You (or your freight forwarder) are now considered the exporter, and solely responsible for all import and export regulations.
- Hempwraps.com cannot accept returns or issue refunds for lost or damaged items that you or your freight forwarder exports.
International Orders:
- Unfortunately, at this time, we don't ship internationally.
Liability:
- We want everything to go smoothly, but please understand that we're not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties due to delivery delays.
Return Policy
Return Period:
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Costs:
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Keep in mind that we can't refund the original shipping charges.
Starting a Return:
- If you need to return something, reach out to us at info@hempwraps.com, and we'll guide you through the process.
Damages and Issues:
- If you receive damaged or defective items, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Hold onto the packaging and products until we give you further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items can't be returned, like perishables, custom products, hazardous materials, and sale items.
- Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges:
- If you want a different item, simply return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- Once we approve your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days.
- Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might have additional processing times.
Delayed Refunds:
- If more than 15 business days pass after your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@hempwraps.com.
